This week we talked about real issues that truly impact our lives by considering issues such as social,
cultural, technological, economic, financial and business sustainability on top
of environmental sustainability. As the requirement, the Woodford site should be self-sufficient, not just environmental aspect. We divided it to three parts, basic needs, time scales, and space scales. For example, how can we make the water sustainable in our site? How to self-sufficient in one month, one year, or beyond? How to achieve the sustainability of economic aspects?
Water: recyle + rainwater
Food: surrounding farm (festival impot from Brisbane)
Energy: solar + wind + bio
Economic: vacation village + rent + retail on festival
Shelter: local material, recyle material
